The Buyer, will pay a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $500.00 to Seller to be placed on the wait list for a puppy. Puppies will be picked in the order of wait-list deposit received. When the puppies are born, the buyers on the wait-list will make their selections within the order of when placing their wait-list deposit. The BUYER then owes a 2nd deposit of $500 after their selection is made. The Buyer has 24 hours after selecting their puppy to pay their deposit or they forfeit their place in line.
If a puppy is not available to a deposit holder when it is time for them to make their pick, their deposit is refundable or transferable to a future litter. Deposits are non-refundable in any other occasion but are always transferable if the buyer decides to transfer within the first three weeks of puppies life.
If the Buyer decides not to buy a puppy from the litter they have placed a deposit on when a puppy is available they will either forfeit their deposit or it can be transferred to a future litter.
For puppies currently available, the SELLER only accepts a one time deposit of $500. The BUYER will then immediately pick out their puppy from the available puppies that are not already reserved.
All money paid for both the wait-list and deposits go towards the final price of your puppy.
The Seller accepts Venmo or Zelle for deposits only. The final payment is due in cash when the Buyer picks up their puppy. If the buyer is not local and the puppy is flying to buyer, the buyer will need to pay remainder cost of puppy + flight cost via Venmo or Zelle 48 hours ahead of time as their are daily limits and sometimes two transactions are required with a 24 hr wait period between each one. Do not select “Goods and Services” when sending money, these apps do not protect animal sales. If you do select “Goods and Services” you are responsible for the additional 1.9% fee.
The puppy shall remain with the Seller until they are 8 weeks old and/or have been cleared by the vet to take home. The Buyer agrees that all pick-up dates are to be set by the Seller in the best interest of the puppy. If the puppy is not picked up within 5 business days of the notification to the Buyer that the puppies are available for pick-up the seller may then offer said puppy to another owner without any further obligation to the buyer placing this deposit unless other arrangements have been made in writing. Seller will do their best to work with everyone’s schedules to arrange a convenient time.
The outstanding balance shall be paid to and received by the Seller before the Buyer shall obtain possession of the puppy. The balance due must be paid in cash.
I, the Seller, make no guarantee of the puppy’s mature size, or that it will be breeding quality. Puppies are secured by deposit in an “as is” state, in reference to your choice of puppy at an early age, where exact color and coat pattern may change, and personality is not apparent. All puppies are sold as pets with a spay/neuter agreement unless specified and signed in writing by the seller.
If by tragic accident, the puppy were to die or be determined to have a congenital defect that prevents the puppy from being a companion animal, a full refund of deposit will be given to the Buyer. If the congenital defect affects sight or hearing and is still desired by the Buyer, the puppy will be offered to the Buyer at a discounted rate.
The Seller reserves the right to void this transaction and refund the deposit if we feel for any Reason the Buyer might not be suitable for the puppy. We can take up to 30 days to refund the deposit.
