This Health Guarantee is between the original buyer and the seller. Your puppy comes with a (3) year HEALTH GUARANTEE that covers genetic health defects for a period of three (3) years from the date of birth. Buyer’s puppy has also been given Life’s Abundance Wellness Food An additional two (2) years can be added to your 3 year health guarantee if you feed your dog Life’s Abundance Dog Food from the time the puppy comes home with you through 5 years of age (60 months). To take advantage of this health guarantee extension, all orders must be made through our website below. This allows us to track your orders and this health guarantee extension is void if less than the appropriate amount of food ordered for your dogs weight/size was not ordered within the duration of this health guarantee (60 months). You have forty eight (48) hours from the time of purchase to have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian. We recommend scheduling this appointment before coming to pick up your puppy.
You must notify Remedy Ridge Aussiedoodles immediately if your puppy becomes ill, isn’t eating well, or shows any unusual signs of distress for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
If your puppy is found to have any life threatening or genetic defects, you must notify seller immediately and provide to the seller a written veterinarian's statement that includes the complete diagnosis of the puppy's condition within 24 hours of diagnosis. We reserve the right to have the diagnosis verified by another veterinarian of our choice and/or require you to have specific tests run on the puppy to verify the diagnosis.
If my puppy dies and I request a replacement puppy, I understand that I must have a necropsy performed by a State Laboratory, at my expense to determine the cause of death. My puppy will be replaced or refunded, only if the death was caused by a covered genetic problem or an illness which my puppy had at the time of purchase. This would be extremely rare since since your puppy is cleared for genetic health issues we tested their parent dogs for which are most common to each breed. Hybrid dogs, like the Aussiedoodle, are much healthier since most genetic diseases need two copies (one from mom and one from dad) of a gene to be passed onto it’s offspring. However, unpredictable & uncommon genetic abnormalities can occur, just as they do in humans.
If the puppy is replaced, it will be replaced with one of equal value as soon as one becomes available and only after the puppy and all papers have been returned (in satisfactory condition) to seller in Chattanooga, Tn, unless seller determines a refund is more appropriate. Buyer is responsible for providing all transportation and transportation related costs of transporting puppy/puppies. Puppy must not be euthanized without prior written approval from the seller or this guarantee is void. You understand that your puppy will only be replaced if health problems are life threatening and are attributed solely to a hereditary problem and are not due to accident or injury. We will do our best to replace your puppy with one that is as close your puppies size and color as we can but we do not guarantee that a replacement puppy will be the same size or color.
The decision to provide a refund is at the sole discretion of the seller.
Failure to follow the medical advice and/or treatment instructions of veterinarian or seller will void this guarantee.
Seller is not responsible for any veterinarians bills after leaving our home unless previously agreed to in writing by seller.
Seller does not guarantee the size, color, hair length, texture, temperament and/or house training abilities of your puppy.
No refunds or replacements will be given for conditions that affect a puppy's ability to breed as seller does not normally sell a puppy with breeding rights. If a puppy is sold with breeding rights the buyer understand that the seller makes no guarantee as to the puppy being of breeding quality or ability. Only select puppies that we believe are of breeding quality will ever be offered with breeding rights.
Buyer agrees that the puppy will be a pet and spayed or neutered at the appropriate time unless agreed to in writing by the seller.
Remedy Ridge Aussiedoodles does not cover internal or external parasites, hernia, undescended testicles, under or overbite, injuries, allergies, heat exhaustion, or hypoglycemia. Hypoglycemia is preventable with good care and feeding. Because a luxating patella, hip dysplasia or collapsed trachea can be caused by injury, they are not covered if they are not discovered during your veterinarian's initial examination. Kennel cough, parvovirus and other communicable diseases are not covered after your veterinarian's initial examination.
Please note that some of our dogs are simply carriers of certain genetic disorders but this means they are healthy and non-affected; just simply carriers which may mean your puppies may be carriers too, but always non-affected. Dogs can only be affected by genetic disorders if they have inherited two copies of a gene that causes a disorder. Our puppies will NEVER be affected by any genetic disorder because we NEVER pair parents that are carriers of the same things. Our breeding dogs are healthy & tested for everything embark & the wisdom panel tests for prior to breeding, over 160 different diseases! We make sure all of our dogs are non-affected by all diseases/disorders prior to breeding.
Buyer Acknowledges and affirms that Breeder has recommended, for the benefit of the puppy, Life’s Abundance Dog Food and Supplements; however, the use of these products is merely a recommendation of the Breeder, not a guarantee of their effectiveness or efficiency.
This HEALTH GUARANTEE is void if buyer fails to meet any of its terms and conditions.
